Terms of Service
Last updated: May 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CorePulse (the "Service"), a paid continuous-monitoring tool for landing-page performance, operated by Grove Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The service
CorePulse connects to your Webflow or HubSpot CMS via OAuth, detects when a page changes (via webhook for Webflow, via scheduled polling for HubSpot), runs a synthetic Lighthouse test from our own infrastructure, compares the result to the previous run, and notifies you when Core Web Vitals regress. The Service also runs scheduled health audits against Google Tag Manager containers you connect.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must have authorization from the owner of any CMS account, GTM container, or domain you connect or monitor. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Trial and subscription
- 14-day free trial. New accounts start with a 14-day trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial.
- Continuing after the trial. To continue using the Service after the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan.
- Billing cadence. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe, depending on the plan you choose. Annual plans renew once per year; monthly plans renew once per month.
- 30-day money-back guarantee. If CorePulse doesn’t work for you within the first 30 days of your first paid month, email hello@corepulse.dev and we will refund that payment in full. No questions asked.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancelling stops renewal but does not refund the current period (outside the 30-day guarantee).
4. Plan limits and overage
- Page limits. Starter allows up to 25 monitored pages. Growth allows up to 100. The page-limit budget is shared across all connected CMSes — Webflow, HubSpot, and future integrations all count against the same total.
- Overage handling. When you approach your page limit, we’ll notify you at 80% and 100%. When you hit the limit, new pages cannot be added but existing ones continue to be monitored. You will never be charged an overage fee — upgrade or remove a page to add a new one.
- GTM containers. Starter includes one container; Growth includes up to ten.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to monitor pages, sites, GTM containers, or CMS accounts you do not own or are not authorized to monitor.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent any feature, rate limit, or security mechanism of the Service.
- Use the Service to violate any law, infringe any third party's rights, or transmit malicious code.
- Scrape, resell, or build a competing service using the output of the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on Stripe, Resend, Neon, Vercel, Google, Webflow, and HubSpot. Your use of the integrations you connect is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Webflow, or HubSpot.
7. Your content
You retain all rights to the data in your CMS, GTM containers, and the pages you monitor. By using the Service you grant us permission to access that data only as needed to deliver the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your data.
8. Service availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every Core Web Vitals regression will be caught. Synthetic performance testing has natural run-to-run variance; treat alerts as signal, not as ground truth. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying subscribers.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or freedom from defects. Audit results, alert thresholds, and attribution heuristics are informational and probabilistic; they are not a substitute for engineering judgement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorePulse, Grove Labs LLC, and their operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CorePulse, Grove Labs LLC, and their operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and disconnecting integrations. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk to other users, third parties, or us.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and CorePulse agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for paying subscribers, notify by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
